About Us

Run2Success is a youth development nonprofit dedicated to expanding educational access, leadership development, and career readiness for underserved students. We provide scholarships, mentorship, and hands-on programming that prepare students for success in college, careers, and life.

Each year, we award at least two $1,000 scholarships to students who demonstrate academic achievement, leadership, and community service, while also delivering programs that build confidence, skills, and long-term opportunity.

Our mission is to equip students with the tools and support needed to thrive academically, professionally, and personally.

While we provide financial scholarships to reduce barriers to higher education, our primary focus is on equipping students with the skills, confidence, and support needed to succeed in college, careers, and life.

We serve students from underrepresented and disadvantaged backgrounds who demonstrate academic potential, leadership, resilience, and a commitment to community engagement. Through scholarships, mentorship, workshops, and community-based programming, Run2Success helps bridge gaps in access to opportunity and prepares students for long-term success.

Our work includes leadership development, career readiness training, networking exposure, and partnerships that strengthen students’ academic and professional pathways. We are committed to helping students grow not only as scholars, but as future leaders who contribute positively to their communities.
